What do you find the most challenging about teaching? Maintaining balance

Best tip for new teachers: Author and activist Ayesha Siddiqi said "Be the person you needed when you were younger." I love that.

Best tip for career teachers: Learn from your colleagues by getting into their classrooms and seeing them in action. You can pick up tips, tricks, and/or tools from even just a quick visit!

Favorite piece of advice for students: If you don't love to read yet, keep looking for the book you can't put down. It's out there! I didn't find mine until 9th grade.
