Union Block Book Club

Union Block will be hosting a guided reading and discussion of the book The Anxious Generation by Jonathan Haidt.

We have chosen this book after hearing from a number of community partners that the young people in are community are struggling with anxiety, depression, lack of feelings of belonging, and an unhealthy relationship with technology. We hope to educate and arm ourselves with the knowledge necessary to usher the next generation into a healthier, freer childhood.
